All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you would like it shipped Outside of the USA please feel free to email us and we may consider it in the near future.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Any merchandise purchased from our site will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss or damage for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All missing, damaged, and incorrect shipments or items must be reported within 5 days of receipt, and must include photo documentation in the email submission. These items will be reviewed by the support agent and, if applicable, a replacement will be issued only for damaged products and does not cover or include packaging of said products. Blemishes to packaging are not be considered as part of a damaged item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping payments to return the product.
ALL TCG Cards, Sportscards, Weiss, and any other card games are non-returnable and non- exchangeable.
Canceled orders: If a customer cancels a pre-order item or any item in stock after 24 hours of ordering they will be charged a 5% restock fee.
